Holy shit, this book was a masterpiece.
I was a little hesitant to read this book because I don't normally enjoy urban fantasy books but this one was amazing! It took a little bit to get into the book because the first 200 pages are mostly world-building, but once you get through it, the plot kicks off. There's a lot of discussion about racism and representation. Nonbinary, gay, sapphic, etc.
The writing was great, very accessible, and not too stuffy.
