"We just had to keep choosing. Keep moving. Find a way to stay ahead of them. And keep hoping those choices didn't end the entire book in disaster."
More thrillers need to start this way - thrilling. This book was immediately interesting and captivating. It was also a quick and easy read which is perfect for a thriller. I didn’t like how a true-crime obsessed girl was so hilariously bad at dealing with her captors, and I felt like the twists, although twisted, were a little over the top and a lot rushed, especially towards the end. I wanted this to scare me more but I felt a bit bored towards the end.
