The Arbornaut: A Life Discovering the Eighth Continent in the Trees Above Us by Meg Lowman
4.0
I mean this in the nicest way but this book should not have been as interesting as I found it. It's a little second level science, not for casuals. But now I will remember water bears, Ethiopian Christian forest conservation, eco tourism as an alternative to logging, climbing trees is accessible to wheelchairs, an entire ecosystem at the top of the trees that has not been studied and how men still suck at higher ed institutions.
