“what will you become tomorrow?”
don’t mind me I’m just a tad bit emotional after all of that. just a little. I totally didn’t bawl my eyes out or anything. nope. not me.
admittedly, I was pretty apprehensive going into the timeskip since I could either be satisfied with it or downright disappointed by the direction furudate decided to take the story in, and while everything was progressing so quickly and didn’t really give us any room to breathe (plus I would’ve liked to see more of what happened during hinata’s second and third years, but yachi’s narration was incredible nonetheless), I finished this volume overwhelmed with hope and a sense of catharsis. I will forever miss the karasuno team, but so far I’m absolutely loving what furudate is doing with this part of the story. I’m so proud of my babies 🥹
