As much as I’d like to hate Herman Koch, I once again enjoyed his book very very much. Koch is certainly the master of writing about people who are genuinely horrible human beings and still you can’t put the book down once you’ve started it.

Can’t really say much about the book without spoilers but even though there were annoying aspects to this book (all the loose ends, Koch-y way of not calling things by their actual names) I have to give this book four stars because of the ending.
