This five chapter serial story is billed as a crack fantasy and that is the perfect description for it! I read it as it was written (thanks for the Patr*on fun) but reading the whole thing again all together was so much fun. Lawton, the reviled Necromancer prince of Fasgars, and Berklak, the half-orc Barbarian, put together an adventuring team to discover why an evil miasma is causing women to attack men uncontrollably. If you play DnD or other games of this style, you'll see all the fun nods to the genre, but I didn't find being a player necessary to enjoy the fun. Lawton and Berklak are adorable as are all their traveling companions. A super fun palate cleanser of a story that I am sure I will return to again and again.
