I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

When I first read the teaser for this book, I wasn't sure how I'd end up liking it since I don't fit the target audience. I'm not in the age demographic, I'm not previously divorced and no kids, I really don't share much with the main character. That said, I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this book and how much I laughed! The author has a true talent for creating humour in her writing, and her characters, despite Bernice being above and beyond clumsy, felt genuine.

This is a book I can see myself coming back to and reading again. I look forward to reading more from this author!
