This is the second time I've read a book where the FMC asks if MMC if he is going to rape her and he answers with something cryptic that doesn't translate into a resounding "No! Absolutely not! I would never! Please tell me what gave you that imporession so that I can remedy it!" 

The answer in this book was "I can't derive pleasure unless my partner is willing" or something along those lines. While it does say "I wouldn't get any sexual pleasure out of it", that is not the same as a "No", nor is it the same as not getting any pleasure out of it, and who knows what kind of pleasure a rapist gets anyway. 

These kinds of blurred lines, because when he hugs her with a boner to warm her up she's into it, bother me. Listening to it audiobook form lessens the ick slightly, but not enough to continue reading.
