How to Lose a Marathon: A Starter's Guide to Finishing in 26.2 Chapters by Joel Cohen

A nice easy read about running. Very entertaining with his sense of humor.
Admittedly, I didn’t agree with everything that he said about running. However, I thought this would serve as a great introductory book for anyone interested in marathons, or running in general. He does a great job defining a lot of running terminology.
My major disagreement? Getting good socks really CAN make a difference. (Maybe that doesn’t matter... but I just wanted to put it out there. So there you go.)

Reading this book (especially the end) really made me want to run more.
