This book elicits a whirlwind of emotions: from grief to sadness, from longing to desperation, from guilt to anger, from hope to love.
At first, I expected the POV to switch from one twin to another as most of the twincest books I read ought to do. But I was glad the author kept only to Kane and therefore was able to be consistent in the narration.
This book has balance between plot and character and not all about sex but mostly about intimacy and the depictions of photography played really well in this aspect.
I also like Sharon as a supporting character. She's a kick-ass friend.
Only misgiving I had about this book is the angst towards the last quarter. It seemed it was added as an afterthought and escalated rather quickly. But it served as a catalyst for the twins to be together, to be more than brothers. So I guess there's that.
