What a dreamy little book, I haven’t read anything like it. Labyrinthine halls containing an ocean, a narrator whose only company are skeletons, and the Other, who shows up for regularly scheduled meetings. It’s really disorienting in the beginning and I was about a half second from tossing it aside. I’m so glad I stuck it out.
