Oh my goodness! I absolutely adore this author and the books she writes. Tanvier is hilarious first and foremost and she does romance RIGHT. She has a talent for writing super sexy scenes that aren’t cringeworthy and still allowing those characters to have an emotional connection, even when they fight her on it lol. Her books read as if you’re a part of the story, you’re sucked in immediately and the story is happening TO you.

Miles Apart is the story of what happens when two people who have irrefutable sexual chemistry, but have been denying/avoiding it for YEARS finally…give into temptation. Driven by adjacent relationships, a healthy sexual curiosity and forced proximity, Emma and Miles learn that one taste can never be enough. Miles Apart has spice, it has romance, it has a few twists, it has family drama, it has so much. Pick this up if you’re looking to laugh, maybe get a little hot under the collar, and above all have a ball with a badass FMC who takes no crap from anyone, and an MMC who knows he’s hot shit but also protects and uplifts those he considers “his”.
