I wish every American could read this book. As an RN / BSN, I've been feeling that the average American is out of touch with what healthcare actually looks like on the inside. People have no idea how bad hospitals have gotten, and how Nurses (the quintessential healthcare worker) and others are treated as a matter of routine. Please read it for your own knowledge, even if just for selfish reasons, as it includes info on (for example) why you should stay out of the hospitals during the month of July (the "killing month"), etc.
