I never intended to read this book, but I saw it on the shelf at the library, had heard a lot about it when it was released, and knew it was a Green Light by Knox on The Popcast. I “lovingly” described it to my husband as “stories about the worst people you’ve ever met.” The stories all take place in or have a connection to Florida, as the title implies. I’m not sure I enjoyed the book, but I found Groff’s writing exquisite and a little painful in the same breath. The last, lengthiest story definitely had a punch.
