I couldn’t ever get in to his other novels, but this one I really liked! while I feel like the ending fell a little flat, and the beginning to be pretty slow, the two central characters made up for it. I genuinely like how their dynamic is ever changing; with neither of them knowing what the other has gone through or is thinking, but yet still believing that they do. I love the female character, like a lot. she’s just as fucked up as him but you can’t help but sympathize for each other them the entire time.
Graphic: Violence, Blood, and Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Rape and Sexual content
