I didn't expect to love this book as much as I did, but I devoured it in less than 24 hours.
It's a fast read with quippy, easy-to-folloe writing, and Hazelwood does a good job maintaining just enough tension to keep the pages turning. I loved all the characters and dialogue, even if I didn't understand a word of the scientific discussions. I didn't need to, because I understood the characters emotions toward what they were saying, which is all I needed to follow the story.
And, of course, I loved the romance between Bee and Levi. Levi's obvious pining and Bee's obliviousness was so juicy, especially because we as readers have insight into Levi's thoughts on the situation via conversations he and Bee share on Twitter - but they don't realize who they're actually DMing. What can I say? I'm a sucker for yearning.
