This was excellent. 
Raw and honest - completely unflinching- even though at times it made me flinch due to the violence, mistreatment and risky decisions Fern is victim to. 
It was a fascinating listen and at times intimate and vulnerable, like an outpouring of a confession, with Fern trying to explain how her brain works and the now obvious signs she is autistic (and the insane consequences of her various misdiagnosis). 

I'll be thinking of this for a looong time. What a brave and audacious book, well done Fern
