This book is absolutely amazing! All of the characters are so vibrant and complex, and it is such an important look into race and identity, but it is so integrated into the story that it doesn't ever feel heavy-handed or clunky. The writing is so beautiful, the story is paced so well, and all the characters are so balanced --- you don't get bored reading certain POVs because they're all such great characters.
