A collection of short essays from my beloved Anne Bogel. I loved the delight these essays made me feel, and the memories they sparked as I recalled my own bookish moments, failures, and passions. The words made me want to write my own reflections, which I think is a good sign for an author! My only disappointment was that the essays were blog-post short. This truly is a gift book, a little bedside reader, and I guess that was not exactly what I was expecting; I thought the essays would be a little more lengthy and meaty.

It's definitely a wonderful gift for a book-lover and one I'll be purchasing for friends!
