I started the book with a friend as a buddy read because we both had it on our SUB at home. I didn't get any of the hype and went in without much expectation.

What can I say?
I was blown away, destroyed and revived.

The book pulled me in from the first second and I only needed a few days to devour these 666 pages!

Poppy is a strong protagonist with brains who knows what she wants in the end.

Hawke (or Casteel) is going to be a pain in the ass, but he's just so hot! Whew.

I'm really looking forward to the second part and especially to find out more about the world.
