Effy and Preston my loves !!! I loved spending more time with my favorite literature students and getting more insight into how they dealt with the aftermath of the last book. Although I wished we delved more into their other relationships (I really loved Lotto and Rhia!!) it was great exploring their dynamic and how they both deal with the repercussions of taking down Myrddin and the prejudices the each endure in this academic world. Both their struggles resonated with me and I just wanted to hug them both. Overall I loved being back in this world and will never say no to reading Ava Reids beautiful words.
