This book allows so many different ways of viewing life to make it better, less dramatic. I was lent the book but bought my own copy so I could have it forever and make my own marks in it. It's fast-paced and gets to each new point after fully covering another. I agree with everything the author writes, and he writes it in such an accessible way. I'm not a fan of swear words but getting past the first chapter of a lot of F-bombs, then it's all good. It's my new bible and I recommend it to everyone, even if you don't learn anything new, it's a good reminder and way to reflect. It's truly so great and helped me with my own life before even finishing it.
