Migraine; Inside a World of Invisible Pain by Maria Konnikova, Maria Konnikova
4.0
I feel seen. No one has expressed migraines to me in this way, and now I feel there are others and we can relate to each other. Reading that 18% of the population also suffer and reading quotes from historic figures made an impact. Author has done her research and wrote a compelling book.
I wish this book included some solutions (there aren’t any, we don’t know enough) or some prevention exercises. But maybe that’s what we are all hoping for.
