Reread - 2025
This book is still a lot of fun! There’s still plenty of room for improvement which is why it stays at four stars. From what I recall, it truly starts to build in COM, but HOF is one of my favourites. Looking forward to continuing my reread of the series.
Initial review - 2016
Not what I was expecting! Haven't blown through a book so quickly in quite some time. I must admit I selected a YA novel in order to have something a bit more relaxing to read. What a whirlwind of a story! The main character is really interesting. I love how although she is of course interested in the men that surround her, they aren't what defines her. Very strong female character. I look forward to reading the entire series!
