It was not what I expected. My wife read this book and handed it to me for a flight home. It's not really a detective story or a mystery...but it's nice. Its a nice story about life in Botswana. Fictional of course, but still kind of nice. Not sure I'll go out of my way to read his others, but I did enjoy it.
