Bell doesn't need a hero but she does need a friend.  Beau steps in when a guy won't take no for an answer and they end up having a hot and heavy night together.  Fast forward a few weeks and Bell is in New Orleans.  She needs someone to show her how to fight properly, she intends to have a chance when the guy hunting her catches up with her next time.  She wanted the best and she found it...she walked right into Beau's gym!

Beau realises there is more to Bell than she is letting on and he's determined to ferret it out, all while protecting her...and pretending that he's not fallen head over heels for her!  He's worried about being older than her and taking advantage.  This is admirable and whilst Bell may be younger than him she has lived experience which has made her wise beyond her years and she is nobody's fool.

Roller coaster ride of emotion.  Poor Bell has been through the mill but I loved the way she still embraces her core default which was to trust people and give them the benefit of the doubt.  She's heartbroken when her new friend is killed and she takes on so much guilt.  Beau and his family rally to the call once again and just scoop her into their fold like they've known her forever.

I loved the wee twist at the end - just as I was bemoaning Bell taking things into her own hands - wham #teamwork! Plenty of action and a great final action scene - it was really visceral and I can't help but have a need to take a pop at the bad guy myself!

Oh and there are a couple of cameos from some Billionaires that we met in a previous series!
