OMG! I loved this book! I read it on the beach, buddy reading it with friends. I loved that experience but also this story! I related so much to Nora in being the older sibling, taking care of them and problem solving for them. I was happy for Nora and cried a little near the end. 
I really liked Charlie and I like him as a partner for Nora. While I wish we could have been in Charlie's head I think just being in Nora's head made sense and I'm not sure that there would have been enough difference to be worth having the duel POV.
