Fahrenheit 451 is the perfect dystopian novel. It's gripping, fast, brutal, yet also beautiful. I could not put this book down, and it never felt like there was an appropriate place to stop. This novel is often compared to George Orwell's 1984, which is one of my favourite books of all time, so I naturally had high expectations for this novel, and I was not disappointed.
