As a big fan of The Wedding Date, it doesn't hurt my feelings at all that #1 Lie is not entirely a unique story. And although the primise is the same, the execution is different. Instead of an Ex to make jealous, the Lie comes from trying to convince Jessica's grandmother that she is happy. Strong family ties and good 'ol Southern Hospitality are woven all throughout this witty, sweet story.

I found myself laughing out loud and grinning like a goon during much of the banter between Dave and Jessica. And the chemistry between the two certainly kept things heated. Turns out, the only lie is their breakup, not the relationship.

Tina Gephart has created the most amazing set of Larsson brothers. Each one just keeps getting better!
