If you’re looking for a fast-paced page-turner that will keep you on the edge of your seat, this book is a go-to choice.

"The Housemaid" is an absolute page-turner that kept me hooked from start to finish. Freida McFadden crafts a psychological thriller that masterfully blends suspense, mystery, and a few unexpected twists that had me gasping out loud.

Strong Points:

Gripping Plot: The storyline is meticulously paced, revealing secrets and building tension at just the right moments. The psychological depth of the characters, especially Millie, adds layers of intrigue.
Twists and Turns: The plot twists are not only surprising but also plausible, making the story even more compelling. McFadden keeps you guessing, and just when you think you have it all figured out, she pulls the rug from under you.

Weak Points:

Character Depth: While the main characters are well-developed, some of the secondary characters could have been fleshed out a bit more(Nina´s daughter, for instance). This would have added more richness to the story.

Overall, "The Housemaid" is a must-read for fans of psychological thrillers. It delivers an enthralling experience that’s both chilling and satisfying. Highly recommended!
