It was this book by Dr Michael Greger that finally persuaded me to become a plantarian - thriving on a plant-based diet. Greger has an easy writing style that encompasses the liberal injection of wit and humour while conveying life-saving, evidence- and research-based nutritional advice. It was both an eye-opener and joy to read!
