Ronan still drove me nuts here, his back and forth was cruel to Seth. And he knew it too.
He was like a kid who threw away his toy, and then wanted it when it was no longer there.

I took some time to work out my rating for this one. I was really looking forward to Ronan's story. While reading my rating went up and down from 4 to 2 stars and this was mainly because of Ronan.

Seth was the standout in this one. He's had a crappy time and still has daily struggles but there was just something about him that I connected to. He really didn't deserve what Ronan put him through.

Ronan! Ronan drove me bat shit insane through out this one. I did feel for him after what he went through but found his behaviour at times was childish. Every time something upset him or he didn't like it, he walked away. It drove me nuts. The first time I accepted but the behaviour kept on. The times when Seth told him to stay gone I was cheering Seth and hoping he would stick to it.

I liked how Trace was portrayed. He wasn't put on a pedestal or seen as could do no wrong. From Ronan's memories we know he was not perfect. They had a normal relationship with frustrations at the others actions. My only niggle (and it is a small one) is that as Ronan fell more for Seth, there were a few thoughts of Trace didn't love him as much. Trace and Seth while brothers are two different people. You can love them both equally without downgrading one for the other.

I liked Hawke and the little bit of his back story we got, I can't wait to read his book.
