Kate. Fucking. Clayborn. I have seen so many people say this is their favorite KC book but I have enjoyed all the others so much. But I get it now. Meg is such a delightful FMC, quirky without it being overdone. And Reid, oh sweet Reid. I was concerned about him for a while, and the lack of his POV wasn't helping things but then you get it!

I sure wasn't expecting a financial crimes whistleblower but it's perfect!

Also, Clayborn's prose is so beautiful every time.
