The New Wife is a standalone psychological thriller by author, JP. Delaney. I’ve read this author before and this one was my favorite so far. I enjoyed JP Delaney’s adept writing style and the unique Mediterranean setting. This one left me feeling turned inside out and upside down the rabbit hole on a roller coaster of suspense and twists. I had no idea where this one was going but I was eager to find out. I finished it in one sitting. JP Delaney knows how to write an original and engrossing thriller. This one won’t be my last by this author. The idealistic setting, naïve main character and romance elements leave us unsure who to trust in this one where everything seems just a little bit off. I enjoyed having the rug swept out from under me. I look forward to reading more by this author in the future.
