A Princess of Landover by Terry Brooks
3.0
As has been noted in many reviews, I found the protagonist to be thoroughly unlikeable, with few (if any) redeeming qualities. I could not sympathize with Mistaya, nor could I understand her point of view. In addition, I remember really liking her father, Ben Holiday, but he's barely in this book, and when he is present, he's not as fun as I remember him being. Despite disliking the main character, I still think the book was fairly well-written. This book gets 3 stars because it wasn't terrible enough to be a 2 star book and I have no desire to read it again (which is one of the criteria for a 4 star book).
