An amazing read. Seeing behind the scenes of a family tainted with mental illness, gaslighting, brainwashing, denial of actions...I have experienced the tiniest piece of this while I lived with my mentally ill mother in law. I was lucky. I was not raised by this toxicity. I escaped after 2 years and protected myself and my family. My heart breaks for someone raised in this almost inescapable life. I was rooting for her the whole time. Highly recommend this book.
