Maybe You Should Talk to Someone: A Therapist, Her Therapist, and Our Lives Revealed by Lori Gottlieb

5.0

It's not often that I classify a book I read slowly as five stars. But sometimes they just need to sink in. (And sometimes we are in a pandemic quarantine and my attention span just isn't what it used to be.) I really loved Gottlieb's story of her life and therapy practice intertwined with the stories of her patients and of her history. Thought-provoking, beautifully written, and at one point moved me to tears.
