Taken by the Dark Elf King by Charlotte Swan
5.0
Loved it
So good!
Arkain is the dark elf king and Elvee is the princess of the light elves. The two elf kingdoms have been enemies for years but Arkain wishes to ally again against a threat of another Orc invasion. He decides to go about this through a ball in order to trick his way into a marriage alliance. He assumes the princess will be boring and prudish like the rumours of light elves, but she is nothing but. She is fun and witty, she is the sunshine to his grumpy and I love it.
There is political intrigue and plotting, romance, friendship, and drama.
