This second book... way more of a disappointment. The plot was a nightmare, so many open threads that were not wrapped up or dropped completely. The romance/characters fell flat. It just relied on the hey we are fated so obviously we love each other. Like show me that they love each other and make them work for this love. We got no resolution on the purpose of the evil witches and no clear answer on what Deliha's powers actually were.

All the aspects of this story could have been great, but it just felt like a 2D romance with no depth an no clear plot.
