It was so good to be back in this world again. I loved seeing all the characters from These Hollow Vows.

I don't know if this is a better story than that duology, now that I've had enough time to reflect, but it was certainly an interesting journey.

These characters have certainly gotten themselves into some hijinks I don't know how they'll get out of. I can't say I'm excited to see how the next book plays out. I wasn't a fan of that ending. I'll probably still read it, though, to see how everything wraps up.

The romance was so good and, yes, slow. But it felt earned. I do wish Jas had been 18, though. It would have been better, I think.
