Joyful: The Surprising Power of Ordinary Things to Create Extraordinary Happiness by Ingrid Fetell Lee
hopeful

This was at least 1-2 chapters too long and the links to joy felt increasingly tenuous (the last chapter on flowers felt extremely superfluous), also the longer it went on, the more…. pre-covid it felt? Idk how else to describe it, the conclusion especially felt like “yeah I guess worrying about not having enough joy in your life is a very 2018 vibe”
