Dark Planet Warriors: The Complete Serial by Anna Carven
4.0

***This book contains the first three Dark Planet Warriors books, Invasion, Taken and Escape (which were originally released as a three-part serial) in one single volume.***
This is my review for the three parts
"Dark Planet Warriors: Invasion" by Anna Carven was a delight to re-read.
I just had a compulsion to read this again, something light, easy and fun and it certainly ticked all my boxes.
In fact, I think I enjoyed it more this time around.
So a brief description of this, We have Abbey a scientist working on space station "Fortuna Tau"
when they are boarded by Kordolians large, silver-skinned, pointy-eared hotty warriors.
After a serious incident leaves Abbey in a bad way There Big Bad General Tarek whisks Abbey aboard his ship to transport back to Kythia for treatment.
The grumpy General soon becomes captivated by the little human and as his own people scheme to take her away from him. Tarek vows to protect his little human mate from all that would wish her harm.
this is a lovely tale, the general beneath his gruff exterior has a heart of gold for Abbey, and I loved how Abbey was not one of these seriously stupid girls always doing the reverse of what she was told.
She was the opposite of angsty and I found this very refreshing, made such a nice change.
So if you're looking for some light reading that's guaranteed to make you smile and also get you a bit hot under the collar.
give this a go, it's definitely worth a read.
