This book had the most angst of the whole series. Both characters still wanted each other after years of being apart but didn’t know how to be together. The mmc was a bit more mature and open with his feelings. He took care of her when she needed help. Liked the end that they were both deciding at the same time to go back to each other.

A few emotional moments. Good use of the side characters from the previous books, but can be read as a standalone.

Listened to the audio version, the same narrator did all of the books and I don’t usually like 3rd pov but she does a great job.
