The Book of Cymbeline: A Kitten's Tale from Summer to Fall by Emma Stewart
5.0
"It takes boldness to raise an apex predator. "
This is a charming little tale about the author finding a kitten one day in September. Cute and funny with charming artwork, this is a good children's book....but honestly also a good read for anyone. I also really liked any literary references made. I watch Emma's videos on the reg, so seeing some backstory about little Cymbeline was really nice.
personally, I also found a lot to connect with, having found our own stray cat a couple of September's ago, a sweet little black fuzzball that turned our one cat household upside down. Having only had adult cats up to that point, suddenly raising a 2 month old stray kitten was alot....so there's a lot I can understand in the bewilderment and the anxiety that comes with having this tiny half wild creature suddenly in your life. so that was an extra little something I really liked as well....just really connecting with this overall
