This new edition of the Feehan novella has both the novella and the manga adaptation in one volume.

Look, it's been yeaaaars since I've read a Carpathian novel so the novella really doesn't make a lot of sense to someone who isn't familiar with the world. And the way the adaptation was made the manga isn't very good imo. The art is pretty throwaway.

Feehan's reason for having the manga adaptation is a good one, but I wish it was done better.
