I'm usually not an audiobook listener, so this was the perfect choice for me and my weekday workouts. Feminist, funny, smart, and joyous, Tabitha Carvan's memoir read by the wonderful Tanya Schneider break down the gendered and ageist assumptions about joy and who gets to experience it in a light-hearted and heartfelt way. I'd also highly recommend it to new mothers, anybody raising daughters or femmes, and anyone who's ever felt like they shouldn't like what they like even if it's completely normal to do so.
