I'm ok with this book? I love the idea and the characters (mostly) but other than that the book wasn't as fantastic as the first. It didn't hold my attention during the first act and by the second I still wanted to do Henley's job and cut out Viv's heart.

Here's why SPOILERS:

So let me get this straight...in the first book Mira is destined to end up with Freddie Knight her very own Sleeping Beauty Prince and live happily ever after and yet by the end she's with Blue? In Viv and Henley's story she is Snow White and he is the Huntsman who has the choice whether or not to cut out her heart.

Maybe if she'd stop being nasty to him he'd choose NOT to and they could keep on keeping on never having to worry about her Prince Charming stealing her away because she'd never love him he'd only serve a purpose like Freddie did in Mira's story. This doesn't happen their whole relationship is toxic. If you can call what Vivian and Henely have a relationship and not World War 3....
