After reading this book I can say that it’s not nearly talked about or reviewed enough. I’m so happy that I took a chance on reading a new-to-me author!

Side Sweepers is where the who’s who of the social elite go for all of their haircare services. The stylists stay booked and busy and the guests leave with a new hairstyle and a contract hit on the cheating husbands.

After witnessing her father cheat, Zenay [FMC] grows a great disdain for side-chicks so it only makes sense that she’s grown up to become the “side-chick” assassin. On a job one night, she gets distracted by a very handsome man and that’s when the unraveling begins. She soon finds out that what she once thought was true was all a lie while she’s on the run for her life.

I don’t want to give too much more because it would spoil the plot. This was a page-tuner with action and a great plot. I’ve already got Book 2 downloaded.
