Despite being the longest Fablehaven book by a sizable amount, this is the one that I read the quickest. Mull successfully wraps up his series with a thrilling and satisfying conclusion. His twists are always unexpected and all the characters are fun and intriguing. I read these books the first time around 6 years ago, and I enjoyed them just as much the second time around (it helps that I forgot all the plot twists).
