I am rounding up my own 3.5 to a 4, because I do think this is a great, well-written book. It's just not for me. I wanted to finish out the series, but I have had to face that fact that I just don't enjoy world-building in my head. I prefer my fantasy mostly based in reality. Also there is a whoooooole lotta killing in these books and it is on the gruesome side for me.
